Rotary Clubs’ kind donations help fund Sensory Trolley for A&E patients with additional needs

The initiative, led by Annette Shepherd, Patient Experience Lead at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMBT), has been supported by a donation of £500 from Lancaster Loyne Rotary Club and £200 from Carnforth Rotary Club. Additional funding for the trolley came from Bay Hospitals Charity.

We are a small team dedicated to achieving big things. We manage all fundraising and donations for the NHS University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay Foundation Trust, including the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Furness General Hospital and Westmorland General Hospital also Ulverston, Millom and our Community teams.

£84,000 donation supports NHS workers in Lancashire and Cumbria
