Volunteers offer a much-loved service as they take the trolley fully stocked with refreshments and magazines on a daily basis around WGH, selling to both patients/visitors and staff.

Our volunteers have fed back to us that they enjoy using the new trolley as it is far easier to manoeuvre than the older/much larger trolley and that this has impacted positively on their well-being.

This is a small change which makes a big difference.  Our volunteers are much happier to use the new trolley which is great to hear.
